General Terms and Conditions - GTC

Order

An order is considered binding. Generally, a minimum quantity is 10 copies per work. Where there is a number from 2 to 9, the customer will receive 10 copies. The requirement of a  sample copy is possible. In this case enter number "1". The sample copy is marked as such by imprint and does not allow any usable copies. When ordering sample copies the customer bears the delivery costs. Ensembles needing less than 10 copies due to their number of members can receive the desired quantity on the basis of separate contacts. A review of the information given is reserved.

Prices

The prices in the catalogue are gross amounts including the statutory value-added tax of 7%. The tax refers to both main and ancillary services, such as delivery costs. The invoice shows the net and gross amounts. The delivery to third countries (outside European Union) is free of VAT. For deliveries within the EU, the internal tax conditions are valid.

Payment and liability

The payment of the order is made by an invoice attached to the delivery. The delivery is property of edition-choris-mundi until complete payment. A withdrawal is excluded. The scores will be packed carefully and appropriately. Transport damages do not cause any liability of our house. Does the customer require an insured delivery he is asked to inform us separately. Responsibility for faulty goods (blank pages, misprints, etc.) will be accepted. After returning the copies concerned the buyer will receive free replacement.

The delivery abroad will be generally performed against prepayment only. The customer receives an invoice after his/her order. After receipt of the invoice amount, the delivery of the product will be carried out.   

Delivery Conditions

The delivery of the goods will be performed within 10 working days after receipt of order. The aim is a period of 3 working days. Delays due to holidays and illness are possible or when products must be ordered from other publishing houses.

Delivery costs

Generally, the most cost-effective forwarding is chosen for the customer, except the desire for insured delivery. Delivery charges depend on the number of pieces and number of pages of the products ordered, the resulting weight and the costs of packaging and packaging size.

The minimum delivery charges relate to an order of 10 copies. If only sample copies are ordered delivery costs can decrease. For orders of products from other publishers, extra costs incurred will be passed on to the customer.
